"The Elephant Walk" is an evolving non-profit with a mission to assist high functioning teenagers and young adults, with developmental disabilities, looking to transition to become more independent members of their community.

Projects

"The Elephant Walk" is a new / evolving nonprofit organization with draft ideas for projects that will be posted on this site as they become ready for implementation.

These projects will partner high functioning, but developmentally challenged teens, or young adults ,with volunteers from within their community, in projects that position BOTH to be "Lifted up" and to create opportunities for a more integrated and productive community.
